Abstract
 
            Climate change has had a great impact on rice crops in the Mekong Delta. This paper mainly apply GGT from popualtionfrom BC3F3populations on OM1490/Pokkali carrying tolerance sality through molecular markers application to improve salinity rice varieties. In the OM 1490/ Pokkali population. There is a polymorphic on with two indicators RM3252-S1-1 on chromosome 1 and RM223 on chromosome 8. This result is achieved by using 31 indicators on chromo some 1 with a genetic distance of 1-97cM and 21 molecular indicators on chromosome. 8, the genetic distance from 0-56 cM. The selected individuals must carry a superior co-gene on a chromosome that has 4 individuals with 100% of the genes that overlap with (Pokklai), carrying a f salinity target gene. Selected hybrid individuals must carry dominant contracted genes on the chromosome region with 4 lines of BC3F3-11, BC3F3-40, BC3F3-51, and BC3F3-52 with 100% of the gene pool sterilization with the father individual (Pokkali), carrying the salt target gene thanks to GGT on chromosome and five lines BC3F3-16, BC3F3-18, BC3F3-34, BC3F3-48 and BC3F3-51 on chromosome 8. Selected individuals that carry salty genes and recorded yields have: BC3F3-40, BC3F3-52 and line BC3F3-51. Thus, it provides important references for the cultivation of new varieties of tolerance sality rice.
