Analysis of the landraced of rice diversity has good qualities by microsatellite SSR techniques

Summary
 
Analysis of 122 landraced rice varieties of the Mekong detla is cultivated in Tinh Bien, An Giang province to analyse the rice qualities of these varieties. The recorded result has 20 varieties for low amylose as a very low amylose such as: Nep Phung Tiên (0.23%) Next is the Nep Muong (1.2%). The volatility of the glutinous breed from 0.23% to 2.8%. Besides the varieties with low amylose content as from 12-20% as resources, Tai Nguyen, Nho Vang, Nang Hương, AG3, AG4. The aroma has also been noted: There are 17 rice varieties for the 1-level aroma as small aromatic. Nho Thom, Nang thom Thanh Tra, Re Hanh... There are 5 aromatic varieties 2 such as Soc Mien Tra Vinh, Nang Tho Cho Dao, AG3, AG4 and Nang Huong. These five varieties need to be exploited in the selection program of fragrant rice varieties for Vietnamese. SSR markers for have been used to genetic diversity among 122 landrace varieties and a distant outgroup was analysed. Out of the 60 primers for SSR 28 primers reproducte a total 1,416 bands of which 194 alen were polymorphic, The average number of fragment amplified by SSR marker across the rice have been 190-350 bp. SSR markers across that from 90-100% polymorphism. Information contents: PIC (0.07 to 0.88). Genetice diversity – H­ (= 0.398) and allele/locus - AEP (10.41-11.23 Shannon I (5.585). Band spetra analysied by UPMGA (Unweighted pair group method with arithmetic Mean) showed 5 major Clusters and close relatedress amond 122 varieties. This is maybe significant for designing breeding program towards. Some markers good for efficient breeding for rice varieties such as RM520 Indel 5 and RM 3475.
