1. Introduction of methods of selection and restoration of seasonal rice by Prof. Nguyen Thi Lang introduced
The results of the 122 autumn rice varieties have found some elite varieties/lines to cater for the next breeding content. Amylose-amylopectin ratio is the main factor for classifying rice into waxy (glutinous) and non-waxy (tedious). Rice is classified according to AC according to the IRRI scale (1996). Amylose content directly affects water absorption, dilated mass, softness and stickiness. In this workshop, the Mekong Delta Institute of High-Tech Agricultural Research organized a training on the objectives: Help farmers get acquainted with seasonal rice varieties are restored two varieties AG3 and AG4 Techniques of planting and caring for seasonal rice varieties are restored.

2. The rice cultivation process by Nguyen Trong Phuoc introduced AG3 and AG4 seasonal rice varieties was selected local seasonal rice in Tri Ton in 1990 Prof Nguyen Thi Lang from HATRI Institute kept in gene banking
(1) selective rice varieties, (2) use of good quality seed sources, (3) soil preparation and soil leveling, (4) weed control, (5) use of fertilizer and soil improvement, (6) water resource management, (7) combined pest management, (8) disinfection in 4 periods, (9) harvest at optimal time, (10) preservation.
Evaluate the results from farmers' farming practices thereby introducing a common process for cultivation of varieties.

Through a two-year assessment, the lesson was drawn up and composed into 10 steps to help farmers continue to be able to test the source results of all practical activities to integrate the rice management system. There are 10 activities as the key for farmers to learn to check the inputs and outs of each activity as follows: Lang. 2016 Table 1. Operational steps introduced to farmers.
